  • LOOK AT THE CATALOGUE OF SOME OF YVONNE BOAG'S ART WORKS!!.

  • Turtle Lane Studios will host an exhibition of the work of Lee Ki-Sook. The exhibition will open on Saturday 12 September at 6:30pm at Turtle Lane Studios. The exhibition will be opened by Kin Hyun Kyun, a Korean collaborator. The works are for sale. The exhibition will be open only for Saturday night and Sunday 13th September. This is the first of several exhibitions planned by Turtle Lane Studios involving works from Korea or Japan.
  • An exhibition, titled SONS, involving works by Yvonne Boag opened at the Sydney College of the Arts in Roselle. The exhibition will run until 30 September. Some images of the works will be added to this site soon.

July

  • The move to the new domain name has been completed. Please update your URL's now. Old URL's will continue to work for about six months.

June

  • We've been allocated our own domain name, turtlelane.com.au. So, we're in the process of swapping all our addresses to reflect this new domain name. Existing addresses will continue to work for about six months from the changeover. Please keep your eye on this page to see when the changeover is in place so you can amend all your links and email addreses accordingly.

  • We've just purchased mobile phones. To contact us, either:-
  • phone us on 0414 297 448 (Bob) or 0416 041 491 (Yvonne) or 02-95 19 99 85 (the office);
  • send a short text message from any phone to our mobiles by dialing Vodaphone on 0414 123 123, ask for PERSONALNOTES and quote our mobile number. This acts like a pager service;
  • send a short text only message to our mobile using your web browser from http://www.mtn.co.za/regulars/sms/ This is like sending a simple email but to our mobile phones instead of our normal email box; or
  • use email as normal.

The Short Messaging System (SMS) can be used to send short text messages to many different mobiles in most countries so CHECK IT OUT!!

April

  • Turtle Lane Studios became a sponsor of the International Works on Paper Fair, IWOPF'99, to be held in Sydney in July 1999. Turtle Lane Studios is sponsoring the web site for the IWOPF event.

  • An Events On Line site has been established with access to our on-line demonstrations - you can see:
    • an electronic proceedings of the Symposium on Australian Electronic Publishing, a one day symposium held in May 1996 and developed for the Australian Vice Chancellors' Committee Electronic Publishing Working Group;
    • an art exhibition of the work of Yvonne Boag; and
    • a tourism application 'Postcards from the Web'.
